Good things take time.

All of our products are made just for you, which means we don’t print or embroider or even sew them (in certain cases) until you’ve placed your order.

This allows us more control over the quality of our items, it produces less waste (for us and for the environment) and is a more sustainable way for us to work – so we can continue to bring you great products for a long while. This is definitely not ‘fast fashion’! 

For this reason, please allow us the following time frames to get your made-to-order items created and shipped to you.

Processing

Once you’ve placed your order, it can take 2 to 5 business days for your item(s) to be produced and ready for delivery.

USA Customers

Please allow another 2 to 5 business days (after the processing time) for your item(s) to be delivered.

Delivery within the USA is $5, or FREE for orders over $75.

We also ship internationally! 

Worldwide

Outside of the USA, please allow another 10 to 30 business days (after processing) for your item(s) to be delivered.

Delivery outside of the USA is $15, or FREE for orders over $75.

For Best Delivery Results

Please make sure all the information you entered at checkout – your delivery address, your name, etc. – is correct. We will not be able to change these details after your order is placed.

Orders

Can I cancel my order?

Your order can only be cancelled if we haven’t begun processing it yet (which we usually do within 24 hours). Please email us to find out.

Can I return or exchange my item?

We will only exchange items if they arrived to you damaged or if you received the wrong order. If this is the case, please contact us. See more about our refunds policy here
